LOCAL DELIVERY
ORDER FULFILLMENT Orders will be shipped the next business day once the drafts are confirmed. ACCURATE ADDRESS INFO You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page. If the shipping or billing information is incorrect, contact us immediately to avoid issues or delays. FREE DELIVERY We use Registered Delivery to ship your items for free with purchases totalling up to S$50 and above. This amount applies to promotional discounted products as well after the discounted price, not the original price. ESTIMATED DELIVERY The estimated delivery time for standard mail is 1–2 business days. DELIVERY ARRIVAL All orders are delivered directly to your mailbox. LOST PACKAGES If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International shipping rates cover shipping only. You are responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes incurred during delivery. LOCATIONS WE SHIP TO We ship Worldwide. DELIVERY COST We use International Mail to ship internationally at a flat rate of S$8.90 FREE DELIVERY ABOVE S$70 We use International Delivery to ship your items for free with purchases totalling up to S$70 and above. This amount applies to promotional discounted products as well after the discounted price, not the original price. ESTIMATED DELIVERY The estimated delivery time varies for each country. For the countries we have listed, it generally takes about 7–15 working days for orders to be delivered. DELIVERY ARRIVAL IMPORT DUTIES, FEES & TAXES All orders shipped to a destination outside of the U.S. are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. It is your responsibility to obtain any governmental permission or documentation required for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges, including duties, fees, and taxes. Delays in delivery may occur if a package is randomly selected by the destination country’s customs department or agency for inspection. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of an order into any country. We do not profit from these charges, and we work closely with brokers and carriers to try and avoid delays.
